We heard that there’s a Thai saying that goes, “If you haven’t tasted khao soi or seen the view from Doi Suthep, you haven’t been to Chiang Mai.” We’ve been in Chiang Mai for several days and have done neither. Today is the day to test out the saying. The day does not disappoint and Chiang Mai shows us that sometimes it’s about both the journey AND the destination.
