Thaksin happily reunites with family

Paetongtarn Shinawatra posted photos taken inside Don Muang airport VIP suite on Tuesday, showing her father, Thaksin, together with all of his children, grandchildren and in-laws.

On her Facebook page, Paetongtarn, his youngest daughter, wrote “Welcome back to Thailand daddy”

She wrote her has arrived in Thailand safely and has already entered the legal process, thanking everybody who came to welcome him home and for the moral support offered to him. “My family and I are really touched,” she wrote.

After arriving at Don Muang airport, Thaksin appeared briefly to pay his respects to images of Their Majesties the King and the Queen, before being taken to the Supreme Court to hear his sentences in three legal cases.
