Thailand Travel is definitely challenging for everyone at the moment. Are you considering travelling to Phuket Sandbox or Samui Plus sometime soon? Are you wondering how easy or difficult it is to travel from one province to another. We are doing just that today and we want to share the journey with you. There are also some new restrictions which have been introduced starting from the 12th of July which we want to inform you about.
As we all know travel in Thailand is not as straightforward as it usually is. I thought it would be useful to share the journey with you in order to give you an idea of what to expect if you are planning a trip to Thailand sometime soon.
In this video we travel from Koh Samui to Krabi. This trip is essential as I need to visit immigration to extend my visa and this must be done at Krabi immigration office. Otherwise we would have stayed in Koh Samui.
Thailand travel comes with many restrictions at the moment. Air Asia have cancelled all of their domestic flights until the 31st of July and buses between Bangkok and Phuket have been suspended until further notice. If you intend to travel in Thailand after your first 14 days in either Phuket Sandbox or Samui + please make sure you check the current restrictions in the province you intend to travel to.
