Pattaya City- In a touching display of compassion, a young motorcyclist who goes by the nickname of “Jai Fu” halted his bike for a red light at a Pattaya area intersection during heavy rain this week.
Spotting a drenched young student sitting as a passenger on a nearby motorbike, Jai Fu reached under his seat and pulled out a shirt to shield the student from the downpour.
