A group of British tourists staying in Thailand got quite a surprise when a monitor lizard began crawling into their bathroom from inside the toilet bowl!
‘My girlfriend called me and said there was something dirty moving in the toilet,’ said one of the tourists, identified only as Jason. ‘I was amazed when I saw what it was.’
The animal, which is mildly venomous to humans, took a brief look around and then safely headed back from wherever it came.
