Aksorn Technological College held a grand Freshy Day event to warmly welcome new students for the academic year 2024, taking place just before this past weekend and featuring famous Thai rock band Bodyslam!
The event took place at 1:00 p.m. in the multipurpose dome of Aksorn Pattaya Technological College, bringing together students from all three branches: Aksorn Technology College Pattaya, Aksorn Banglamung Technology College, and Aksorn Business Administration Technology College (Ban Chang). These institutions, under the Chonburi Vocational Education Office and the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Education, offer vocational education at various certificate levels.
The Freshy Day event was packed with activities designed to foster fun and strengthen relationships among students. Highlights included contests and competitions such as the Freshy Boy and Girl A-Tech Pattaya 2024 contest, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents and courage.
The event also featured skill-building contests, reflecting the management team’s commitment to holistic student development. Key figures in attendance included Mr. Nikhom Modrakee, Chairman of the Executive Board, Dr. Mallika Chantabut, School Manager, Mrs. Chaya Somkaew, Director of Aksorn Pattaya Technological College, Miss Praisuda Manhadee, Director of Aksorn Pattaya Technological College, and Mrs. Uthumporn Bunya, Director of Aksorn Business Administration Technology College (Ban Chang).
The day was filled with vibrant and colorful activities, running continuously in the morning. The highlight of the event was a concert by the nationally renowned rock band Bodyslam, starting at 2:30 p.m. The band performed a mix of their classic hits and new songs from their latest album, “Sunny Side Up,” creating an electrifying atmosphere that perfectly welcomed the new semester.
The Freshy Day event successfully set a lively and welcoming tone for the new academic year, leaving students excited and ready for the journey ahead.
